Remixes / Reworks

A collection from 2007.

Remixes / Reworks cover

As implied from the 'Reworks' of the title, these are far from conventional dance remixes, but rather newly imagined pieces of music featuring hip-hop vocal performances. Where remixes usually lack any musical architecture beyond the scaffolding of the dance beat, these pieces attempt to create coherent musical forms via tonal (indeed, bi-tonal in Night and Day) means.
